Drug Rehab Media

According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, it is estimated that nearly 25 million Americans suffer from either alcohol and/or drug addiction. Unfortunately, only a small percentage receives the help they need. Many do not know where to turn, who to contact or speak to with regards of getting the help they desperately need. Those of us at The Intervention Team understand the stigma that individuals are faced with if they openly admit to having a drug problem. There are a lot of questions that will mill around in your mind, such as:

These are just some of the questions that can easily create a disparity, and if not addressed can lead individuals down the road to becoming a fatal drug abuse statistic. Millions of individuals try to hide their addiction out of shame and embarrassment. In their mind they rationalize,

“It helps me navigate through my day. Nobody understands the stress I’m under, and at this point; it’s just too hard to quit and I don’t know if I can. So, I’ll try to control the intake of this drug so most people wont notice and someday in the future I will quit for good.”

If you or a member of your family has ever thought or used the above rational in not seeking help, please contact one of the members of The Intervention Team, we can help you with the answers.

Our team does not exclusively do interventions. We are a team of professionals that intervene for any individual that calls and needs help, and also for the family of a loved one that needs our help.
